Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and are considered confirmed once the booking process has been completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with Joanne Muir's current scheduling and cancellation policy.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or the loss of a prepaid session, as disclosed at the time of booking.

Packages are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase. Current bodywork packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, transfers, and unused sessions are subject to the policy provided with the applicable service or package.
Workshops & Programs
Some workshops, programs, or events may include additional policies, waivers, registration requirements, or cancellation terms.
When additional terms are provided during registration, those terms apply to that particular offering.
