During the course of providing services, Joanne Muir may collect or maintain information about your health, services, appointments, and care.

This website uses Wix services configured to support the handling of protected health information where applicable.

Not every website feature, outside application, email service, or third-party platform is appropriate for sharing sensitive health information.

 

Please use only the methods provided or requested for communicating PHI.

 

Complaints

If you believe your health privacy rights have been violated, you may contact Joanne Muir directly.

You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.

You will not be penalized or denied services for making a privacy complaint.

 

Changes to This Notice

This Notice of Privacy Practices may be updated when our practices or legal requirements change. The current notice will be available on this website.
